Terms of Use
These terms explain the basic conditions for using VibeFit. They may be updated as the service improves toward public release.
This page is basic MVP guidance and is not the final version of a formal legal document.
1. Service overview
VibeFit provides styling suggestions, closet-based recreation plans, and missing-piece ideas based on closet information and outfit images uploaded by users.
Suggestions are provided as fashion and shopping references.
2. Nature of AI suggestions
VibeFit does not guarantee perfect recreation, exact classification, size fit, product availability, pricing, or purchase outcomes.
Color, material, category, and brand detection may be inaccurate depending on image quality, lighting, layering, and saved closet data.
3. Image uploads
Only upload images that you own or are allowed to use.
Do not upload images that infringe third-party rights, inappropriate images, or illegal or harmful content.
4. Prohibited use
You may not misuse VibeFit, infringe others’ rights, upload illegal or harmful content, or interfere with the operation of the service.
5. Product picks and external links
Always confirm product details, prices, stock, sizing, shipping, and return conditions on the linked site.
Product picks and search links shown on VibeFit do not guarantee or require a purchase.
6. Paid plans
In addition to the free plan, VibeFit may offer a paid plan called Monthly Pro that provides additional AI usage.
Free users are subject to usage limits for AI features such as AI analysis, AI autofill, and styling suggestions.
7. Pricing and auto-renewal
Monthly Pro is a monthly subscription. The price is ¥480 per month for users in Japan and $3 per month for users outside Japan.
The actual price, currency, and billing cycle are shown in Stripe Checkout at the time of purchase.
Monthly Pro renews automatically until the user cancels it.
8. Payment method
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. VibeFit does not directly collect or store users’ credit card numbers.
Users can change payment methods, review billing information, and cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal.
9. Cancellation
If a user cancels Monthly Pro, they can continue using Monthly Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
After the billing period ends, the account returns to the free plan.
10. Refunds
Paid fees are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions may apply where required by law or where VibeFit determines that a refund is appropriate.
11. AI usage limits
Monthly Pro allows up to 300 uses per month for AI features such as AI analysis, AI autofill, and styling suggestions during the applicable period.
AI features may be temporarily unavailable due to technical limits, system issues, or limits from API providers.
12. AI suggestion disclaimer
AI analysis results, styling suggestions, color and size suggestions, and product suggestions provided by VibeFit are reference information.
VibeFit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability for a user, product quality, stock, price, shipping, or return availability of those suggestions.
Users should use AI suggestions as a reference and make final decisions at their own responsibility.
13. Disclaimer
Users are responsible for the final confirmation and decisions related to VibeFit’s suggestions, sizing references, product picks, and external links.
14. Changes to the service
VibeFit may change, suspend, or stop service features, display content, external links, product picks, and AI suggestions without prior notice.
